Terms for the OneHush development and controlled Alpha services.

Service nature
OneHush is a reflection and journaling software product that remains under development. Controlled Alpha features may change, be suspended, or remain unavailable while safety and reliability are evaluated. These terms do not imply general public availability.
Eligibility
Users must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable to the service and their location. A controlled Alpha may also require an invitation or other approved access.
Lawful use and prohibited misuse
Users are responsible for lawful use and account security. Abuse, unauthorized access, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, disruption of the service, and attempts to bypass safety, privacy, security, or ownership controls are prohibited.
Account security
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and should not share passwords, authentication codes, or recovery information. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to [email protected].
AI limitations and professional advice
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. OneHush does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and AI output should not be used as a substitute for qualified care.
Content and data handling
Users retain responsibility for content they submit and must have the right to provide it. Supported content is handled according to user choices and the Privacy policy. Users can manage or delete supported content and request account deletion.
Intellectual property
OneHush software, branding, site content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the OneHush product or brand.
Service changes
Features, access conditions, and Alpha availability may change as the product is tested and developed. Material public policy updates will be reflected on the applicable page.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for safety, security, misuse, legal, or controlled Alpha operational reasons. Account deletion remains subject to the applicable process and retention boundaries described in the Privacy policy.
Development-service disclaimers
The service is provided for limited development and Alpha evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or generally available operation. AI output and software features should be evaluated carefully, and no system can guarantee absolute security or availability.
